At Jollynova, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
